I’ve not been 100% consistent with my food entries. That stops tonight. But from what I have entered, I’m noticing that I’m eating too much protein, especially at dinner. I’ve shrunk most of my portion sizes down some, and I think I need to continue this. I typically go over every day in protein, but stay in the green on everything else. I’m going to try and eat less protein at dinner. According to one report I read on fitbit, I should keep my dinner protein intake to less than 30% of my daily need. I’m going to do that. I think I may also need to find a book that teaches me more about this kind of stuff. How should I be eating? That’ll be another post. 😉
